1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the settrust.app website and its waitlist. They do not govern the SetTrust product itself, which is not yet released; the product will have its own terms of service at launch.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest, not a contractual right to access the product. Beta seats are limited and allocated at our discretion. Announced features, prices and dates describe our current intentions and may change before launch.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the website or its waitlist (automated signups, scraping, probing, injection attempts). We may remove entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. Intellectual property
The SetTrust name, logo, texts and design of this website are our property. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for fair quotation with attribution.
5. No warranty
This website is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted access and accept no liability for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment in the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
